MHCF currently manages over $2.4 million in assets, which are held in multiple funds. These endowment funds are established by individuals, families, civic organizations, and businesses to benefit the charities of their choice, to create scholarships, to benefit the community via the local grant process, or to make a gift in honor or in memory of a special person. These funds positively impact health and human service organizations, the arts, the environment, historic preservation, animal welfare, education, youth programs, civic causes, elder care services, faith-based organizations, community programs and more.
Donations to all funds are accepted in any amount and at any time.
Individuals can also support the Community Foundation by becoming a Life-Time Member by making a one-time $100 donation.
